Legend of the Seeker fans, the show’s sixth episode (from the weekend of Dec-12-13) didn’t make the top 25, but its 2.671 million average viewers was a season high and up almost 400,000 from the previous week and about around 90,000 higher than the season two premiere which had previously been the season’s high

Okay. So, here's the thing. I love Bonnie! The Bonnie on tv and the Bonnie in the books (which I haven't read since they were originally published, *mumble* years ago). But! I want to talk about Bonnie from the tv series. She's awesome. She's a strong, caring character, and, yes, she's the BFF, but she's got her own problems and struggles, and her life doesn't focus just on Elena.

I also adore Elena, mind you. But friends do have lives apart from each other, which most tv series don't recognize. Though this one does! Bonnie and Caroline both have their own problems, only some of which are related to Elena.

(Bonnie/Elena, anyone? Please let me not be the only Bonnie/Elena person out there in the entire fandom.)

( Spoilers for aired eps. More questions than anything, because I'd love a discussion centered on Bonnie. )
